SHLS Ram Cafe
Chef Jerrel Willams and staff do as much scratch and speed-scratch cooking as possible, with an emphasis on providing meals that are well rounded, and feature fresh cut fruits, salads, and vegetables. We are also proud to be a training kitchen for the Culinary Institute of America, hosting and mentoring culinary students during their 15 week internships.

Breakfast
A-la-carte breakfast offerings are available each morning.
Breakfast items include low-sugar cereals and fresh fruits, as well as hot items such as waffles, kolaches, french toast, fresh baked biscuits, bacon, and scrambled eggs.
100% Orange, Apple, and Fruit Juices, Milk, and Water are available as well.
A-la-carte breakfast items range from $.50 - $1.00 each.
Lunch
We are proud to offer a 6 week rotating menu which features various cuisines including American, Latin American, Italian, and Asian.
Regular Lunch- $6.00 (Kinder grade-8th grade)
Reduced Lunch -$5.00 (Toddlers - PreK)
Second Entrée ($0.50)
Milk, water, and juice $0.75
Grab n' Go (Middle School Only) selections offer packaged items such as PB&J sandwiches, popcorn bags, granola bars, yogurt, beef jerky sticks, etc. and range $.75 - $3.00.
Catering and Bakery
The Ram Cafe is happy to offer fresh cut fruit trays, cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for classroom parties and other events.

Parents can easily order party trays, fruit or sandwich trays, tacos, and more.
Group lunches and on-site/off-site catering services can also be requested.
All items can be charged to the student's meal account balance. All payments are made online. Sorry, no cash or checks are accepted.
