We offer a number of child care options from part time 2 days a week to full time. You may download the options and pricing sheet by clicking the link above. You will be asked to indicate your preferred care options during the online application process.
STEP 1: APPLICATION

STEP 2: ADMISSION
You will receive notification from our Admissions Office by email or phone within five days of completing the application process. Step 2 includes the following steps:
submit copy of birth certificate
submit copy of immunization record & Physicians Statement of Good Health
registration fee - *Refer to Schedule of Fees (above)
Step 3 - COMPLETE Enrollment
Enrollment is considered complete when all required forms and fees, as indicated below are submitted:
Enrollment summary report (all applicants, completed and submitted in Gradelink)
Physician’s statement of good heath & immunization record (all applicants, due 08/01) download
Infant feeding plan (infants under 1, due first day) download
Registration fees (all applicants, refer to Schedule of Fees)
Tuition & billing agreement (all applicants, completed and submitted in Gradelink) The agreement outlines your tuition, fees, payment options, terms and conditions. (Please note that some credits are not applied until closer to the start date.)

STEP 1: APPLICATION
Applying for enrollment at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran School is easy! Simply access Gradelink, our online application, to complete the application process. During the online initial application process, you will be prompted to complete the following for all students entering Pre-K through 8th grade

online submission of a $55 application fee per student
STEP 2: ADMISSION
You will receive notification from our School Admissions Office by email or phone within a few days of completing the application process. The enrollment process includes the submission of the following items:
Copy of birth certificate (all applicants)
Copy of grades and testing, including IEP/ARD if applicable (1st - 8th grades)
Transcript release form (1st - 8th grades)
Student reference forms (2 per student, kindergarten - 8th grade)
Testing (kindergarten - 8th grade) – dates to be scheduled with the Admissions office
The application will be placed under review by the school's Leadership Team. You will be notified as soon as a decision has been reached regarding your acceptance into the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran School family.
Step 3 - COMPLETE Enrollment
